Elaine Penhaul is the founder of Lemon and Lime Interiors, a multi-international award-winning UK property staging business, staging properties for clients in the prime transactional market. She is passionate about creating the understanding of property staging as a powerful marketing tool for both home sellers and estate agents. Her book, ‘Sell High, Sell Fast – how to sell your home for the best possible price in the quickest possible time’ was published in October 2020 and immediately became an Amazon no 1 best-seller.
Both the business and Elaine personally, have won many awards including Elaine winning the National Business Women’s Award for a micro business in 2021. Elaine is regularly quoted as a thought leader on property marketing in publications such as Estate Agent Today and The Times. She is a contributor to many property podcasts and has recently launched the first app to evidence return on investment for staging to a worldwide market.
Prior to setting up Lemon and Lime Elaine enjoyed a career as an executive business coach working across corporate, public sector and voluntary organisations. Elaine brings together her coaching and property experience to create a client journey resulting in the best sale possible for what is usually their biggest capital asset.
Elaine’s first career was coaching sailing and she still loves to sail. She especially loves the Ionian Islands of Greece and the Western Isles of Scotland. She endures Peloton cycling in the winter as way to stay fit enough to complete fabulous scenic walks of 100km+ in the summer months. She is the mother of four grown-up children and has one granddaughter
