Passions: Cycling and family are Aidan’s passions outside of work. There isn’t a cycle route throughout the region that he doesn’t know.
When in work he has a huge passion to help people who want to move home with clear honest advice. A Chartered Surveyor with over 40 years’ experience he not only specialises in residential sale and lettings but also Auctioneering.
Aidan established a successful business in Loughborough and Quorn called AJR before developing his passion for education within the Industry. This has included Chairing the working group that produced the Standard for the Junior Estate Agent Apprenticeship that commenced in 2020.
He Mentor’s a number of businesses in the sector, providing valuable insights that improve standards across the industry. A former Director of the estate agency trade association Propertymark, he and Martyn have worked together on a variety of projects for over 20 years.
Aidan truly believes contemporary estate agency requires honest advice with effective communication whilst always putting the customer at the heart of the relationship.
